Ravioli Soup- edited to be healthy LOL
I just took the Ravioli soup recipe I posted in the other cooking section and re-purposed it I HAVEN'T tried this yet, so let me know what you think! I'll try it tonight and post a pic! AND YES, I REALIZE THERE ARE NO RAVIOLIS! LOL XD THAT'S WHY IT'S HEALTHY!!
Ingredients
* 1 pound ground turkey breast
* 1/8 teaspoon ground sage
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 3.5 cups low-sodium chicken broth
* 1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes
* 1 can (8 ounces) no-salt-added tomato sauce
* 1 cup chopped celery
* 1 cup chopped carrots
* 1 cup green beans
* 1 can light red kidney beans (drained)
* 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
Directions
Cook turkey as usual. Then add everything into a slow cooker or a pot, however you'd prefer to cook it! If it doesn't look like there's enough chicken broth, add 1-2c water
